There's a little peninsula in the original so I included it here.

A rather time consuming map, but oh well.

I really need to be more active. That's three maps I've been absent for. :c

Though, I must say, epic and sexy as always.

This map actually had a previous version but then I was reminded I needed a little more water to conform to the rules. Here's the first version in a spoiler:

Spoiler:

I like the second more Razz

They both seem a bit tile spammy, but that's to be expected with that type of map and that tileset. They'd both sure make interesting levels.

I'm at school and can't see these atm. I'll tell you what I think when (if) I get home today.

I like both maps, and you continue to rule over all mappers. Klok did have a point, but as he said, it's nearly unavoidable with that tileset. I do prefer the second one more, and I would probably be more likely to use it in a game. Looking forward to whatever comes next.

I didn't really like the rules for this round so my map is more subdued than I would have liked. Using mountains and ruins with this tileset can really screw perspective if you're not careful so I toned the ruins down. Normally, I would have scrapped the mountains and made a kickass temple.

This IS kind of subdued for you. Usually you have these maps that are "BOOOM! In your face!" but this isn't so much like that.

Don't get me wrong. It's a nice map. It's just not as powerful as others you've done.

It looks....toned down. It seems like it would be a good map for maybe a Chapter 1-4 map of a game.

I didn't like the rule set at all this round so I pretty much just said "What evs". I mean a river on the right side of the map is a requirement? Come on. That just invites everyone to make the same kind of map. Oh well.

I must agree on that part, my friend. They were a bit too strict.

I fucking love how beautiful SNES maps look though, even if you hate mapping them.

Looks good. Looks more realistic than the GBA FE games, IMHO.

It's not that I hate using older tilesets. The FE5 ones, at least, felt kinda limited. See how the mountains all end the same way (Funnels down to 1 tile)? That's literally the only way to end a mountain. The GBA tilesets just have more options. Haven't tried the FE3 or FE4 tilesets though.

Yeay, the mountains could definitely be a problem, but otherwise, very nice.

I can see that, but I'm too busy looking at the rest of the map to notice those slight details. Really, SNES mapping is amazing.

Could use feedback on this map.

Its the new Ch4 map for TRTR (Yes, I'm starting to work on it again).

I intended it to be a survival map/defeat boss kind of deal.

It's a fort that enemy pirates will spawn from. They can cross the water to get to you but you have to go left, then up, and then destroy the snag so it spans the river to get to them.

Glad to see you're working on it again.

It seems like it could definitely serve it's purpose, though. Yay for pirates. Now would be a nice time to pull out the pirate song.
