Ya, I'm currently making mugs and could use some feedback on them please. Here's a couple:


This is Torie, the new starting Pegasus Knight for TRTR


This is Raizen, a rather important NPC in TRTR.

Looks like a metal plate covering her shoulder.

I think Torie's armor isn't symmetrical, but that could be me. (Either way, it looks nice as it is) I do, however, think there should be a bit more shading under the hair.

Pegasus riders only have 1 shoulder pad.

Still strikes me as just a simple Farina/Vanessa splice. (Can't think of the face.)

Neck's looking a lot better! OPV the long strand of hair hanging down looks a little unnaturally straight. And green+red is still a weird color combo IMO.

I've got a baddie this time.


This is Yorchev, one of the main antagonists of TRTR.


And for kicks, here's the prologue boss:


Bordel. I kept him super simple because I didn't feel like putting in hours of work for the boss of the prologue =/

Gonna drag this topic up to post a sprite I'm working and actually didn't lose interest in within 10 minutes.



I don't have a name for him but he's going to be a recruit-able soldier in TRTR. Could really use some feedback on him since I've got no idea what I'm doing.


I've got a new found fascination with color also. So, here's a few generic enemy battle palettes I've been working on.





I appreciate feedback on color choice both on these battle sprites and the mug as well.

His eyes are massive, and that pauldron doesn't seem to be resting on his shoulder. It seems like it's floating. As for how to fix it, I haven't a clue.

The far pauldron does look like there's nothing really keeping it on, because the armor underneath has hardly any bulk and on top of that he looks quite tiny for his armor. Dunno guy's name but the first sprite in the image has the illusion of taller shoulders and a wider neck because of his collar, maybe try to trace and generalize a bit more bulk?

and for eyes so large I think they should be a bit less close together.

Tried fixing it up and played around with trim color. The chest armor seems really flat to me but I have no idea how to go about fixing. NEED POINTERS.

Also, he seems to be wearing that armor with no clothes on underneath. At the very least, I'd assume all that metal is touching his chest, which would be a mite bit cold. Maybe add a slight undershirt?
